Quotation Procedure
Customer sends RFQ and customer contact details to Richfields for quotation and evaluation.
We will need at least 2D drawings of the product with dimensions and specifications (i.e., is the mold for export?). We will let you know if more information is required for a better project quotation.
Customer receives response from Richfields within 48 hours.

Order confirmation
Part of order confirmation is confirming the mold layout. Depending on the requirements of the project, it usually takes around one (1) week to provide customers with mold design for approval. Richfields can also work with mold build using mold design provided by customers.
Mold Build
This process takes around 30-45 days, depending on complexity of mold design.
Mold Trial, Sampling, Inspection, and Customer Approval
After receiving customer approval of samples, Richfields will go to the next step - usually export mold to customer. Alternatively, the mold can stay for production in Richfields' China plastic injection facilities.
